Product Details

  • Available Certified ISO Grade Designs: ISO 5, ISO 6, ISO 7, ISO 8
  • Dimensions: Standard ceiling clearance is 7' ( 2134 mm) from filter face to floor (8'3", ( 2515 mm, overall,) including filter/fan units)
  • Material: Double-wall, 304 or 316 stainless steel smooth-surface construction is easy to wipe down, resists a wide range of solvents, germicides and other chemicals
  • Includes 304 or 316 stainless steel ceiling grid (FFU and light supports) that forms 2" x 4" (51 mm x 102 mm) bays for filter/fans, lights or blank panels (order ceiling modules separately)
  • System includes a BioSafe all-steel room manufactured to the floor plan you specify, including ceiling grid.  
  • Order desired quantity of CleanZone Recirculation System P/N 6600-84 separately.  Unless otherwise specified, standard installation is center of wall opposite entrance.
  • Four-foot opening on the shorter wall accommodates one of Terra's standard door options--order parting cleanroom vinyl strip shields or swing doors separately
  • Control Panel provides on/off switches for FFUs, lights and other system options, and includes Status Indicators (order separately)
  • e ideal enclosure for purity testing, weighing, and packaging pharmaceutical powders
  • Recirculating, HEPA-filtered air flow protects product from room contaminants while containing and collecting chemical powders
  • Rear-mounted air vents draw air away from work area
  • This system is designed to ventilate environmental nuisances away from the operator; it is not intended to provide personnel or environmental protection against biohazardous substances.  For biohazards, select a Biological Safety Cabinet or similarly certified equipment.
  • Ceiling filter/fan unit operates at industry-best low noise and vibration level, provides an average air flow velocity of 90 feet per minute (0.5 m/s)
  • Optional accessories to be ordered separately: MAGNEHELIC(R)  gauge, self-balancing bars, power outlets and work benches
