- Attractive black or white faux border is positioned on the back side of the glass door, so it won't scratch or degrade over time.
- Outside surface of tempered glass door is frameless to minimize cracks and crevices where particulates or microbes can colonize.
- Damage resistant tempered glass improves safety and ensures long service life. Stands up to scratches, impacts, and blows.
- Inside of the doors feature a 316L stainless steel backing to extend the chamber's service life and firmly hold the Santoprene gasket lining for a tight seal.
- Durable one-piece Santoprene gasket fits tightly around the glass door frame. Detachable for more thorough cleaning or replacement. "e"-shape non-outgassing rubber gasket maintains its shape after compression and won't flatten, warp, crack, or degrade like ordinary foam gasket.
- Heavy-duty stainless steel lift latches included to minimize scratching, corrosion and contamination resulting over time that can occur with chrome-plated latches.
- Sturdy "lift-off" stainless steel hinges are detachable to allow doors to easily lift off for more thorough cleaning/decontamination or trouble-free replacement.
- Order replacement door(s) to avoid critical operation delays should a door be damaged and require immediate replacement.
- NOTE: Tempered glass door design is not yet leak-rated by UL.
