Product Details

  • Double-wall panel construction includes 1"-thick polyurethane insulation to enhance heating/cooling efficiency (heating/cooling equipment not included)
  • Acrylic panels are mounted to 2" (51 mm) powder-coated square steel uprights
  • Includes powder-coated steel ceiling grid that forms 2' x 4' (610 mm x 1219 mm) bays for filter/fans, lights or blank panels (order ceiling modules separately)
  • Mirror-finish 304 SS control panel includes all specified blower, light and other utility switches
  • Request UL Listing Declaration (order separately) for cleanroom electrical system, which helps meet municipal and other permitting requirements that may apply
  • CAUTION: Acrylic is damaged by alcohol and many other cleaning agents. Use only water and mild detergent
  • CAUTION: Acrylic generates surface charges curing that attract and aggregate particles, leading to unpredictable contamination release; select Static-Dissipative PVC for critical static and cleanliness requirements
  • Since regulations vary considerably in different locations, Terra assumes no responsibility for meeting local building regulations, including fire and seismic codes. Check your local planning department to see what regulations apply to your installation
  • Other options include access doors, air conditioning, air locks and antechambers, air flow and pressure gauges, and furnishings
  • Specified height is from the floor to filter face. FFUs add 13" (330 mm) overhead clearance to this measurement. To assure proper air flow and installation, allow an additional 11" (279 mm) between the top of the FFUs and the ceiling or other overhead obstruction (total of 24" (610 mm) between the cleanroom filter face and the surrounding facility ceiling)
  • Control Panel provides on/off switches for FFUs, lights and other system options, and includes Status Indicators (order separately, P/N 6600-23)
  • Seismic analysis available; specify Part Number 6600-98.  Changes required after approval, if any, are to be covered by change orders
