Accelerates Hybridization Rates by Approximately 10-Fold
Figure 1-A. Hybridized for 30 minutes at 42° in 30 µl under a glass cover slip
Figure 1-B. Hybridized for 30 minutes in 200 µl at 500 rpm using an Array Plate Hybridization Station. Figure 1-B shows a 10-fold increase in signal compared to figure 1-A. Even with a 6.7-fold greater probe dilution, the Array Plate produced a stronger signal compared to static cover slip hybridization reactions. Note: Microarrays were spun dry for 3 seconds using the Microarray High-Speed Centrifuge and scanned on an Arrayit InnoScan® 710AL Two-Color High-Speed Fluorescence Scanner
Figure 2. The Plate Hybridization Station accommodates various cassettes for fast and effective microarray hybridization reactions. Gaskets can be modified to various formats. Cassettes are sealed with a microplate foil seal to eliminate sample evaporation during hybridization process.
Figure 3. Multi-Well Hybridization Stations accept various interchangeable block tubes for holding tubes, plates, chambers and cassettes.
