Terra’s high-capacity HEPA-filtered oven provides a clean, class 100 environment plus sustained uniform temperature up to 140° ± 4° F (60° ± 2°C). The easy-to-clean stainless steel design is ideal for sterile applications. Ideal for large items and batch processing operations.

A safety switch attached to the door of the high-capacity cleanroom oven triggers when the door is opened, to activate the electric damper and help exhaust heat and fumes inside the oven. The operation status indicator (OSI) light glows continuously when oven is plugged in and turned on to confirm unit is operational. The OSI blinks when the unit is plugged in but switched off.

An electric damper is included for connection to an exhaust system for safe removal of heat and fumes. It can be positioned on the top or side of the unit. An activated charcoal filter beneath the damper adsorbs a broad range of organic compounds and solvent fumes leaving the oven.

Dual HEPA filters and forced air convection provide ISO 5 (Class 100) micro-filtered air making it suitable for particle-sensitive baking, curing, drying, sterilization, and adhesive-based applications. The interior can be customized to include special racks that require hanging tall items, such as curing adhesives on catheters.

High-capacity HEPA-filtered stability chamber provides recirculating vertical laminar air flow for optimal cleanliness, temperature uniformity, and energy efficiency. Air is pushed down through the ceiling HEPA filters, passing through the process chamber, into the bottom air return slots, and back through the heating elements.
